Our Family of Companies… Powering Automotive with Smart Products.

Founded in 2014, SmartDealer builds sophisticated SaaS web applications that are rapidly becoming the industry standard for automakers and their dealership operations.  SmartDealer’s clients include Cox Automotive, JD Power, Mobis (KIA/Hyundai/Genesis), Porsche of North America, and many more dealerships and dealership groups.

In addition, SmartDealer has numerous long-term contract relationships with other leading third-party technology providers to distribute its technology products industry-wide on a “white-label” basis.  SmartDealer’s technology partners are among the “Who’s Who” in automotive software.  Most notably, in a venture with JD Power, SmartDealer provides the e-commerce accessories platform for Ford, FCA-Mopar (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo).

PartSites designs, develops, and licenses innovative web-based OEM parts and
accessories technology products using a “software as a service” (SaaS) model.
PartSites’ product offerings span the dealership spectrum, benefitting
single-point dealerships as well as providing sophisticated enterprise-level
solutions for dealer groups and manufacturers. PartSites’ technology is true
SaaS architecture that is easily configured to adapt to various business models.
From a broad perspective, the modular design of our products enables them to
work seamlessly together in a Fixed Ops eco-system or independently based on
customer needs. All products are e-commerce enabled and integrally linked and
supported by a single robust back-office “CMS” management application also
designed to be use on tablets and desktops.

PartSites uses a monthly subscription-based model for revenue generation.
Client targets are generally OEM’s or major automotive dealership vendors.
Beneficial relationships with third-party channel partners are often formed to
access larger market segments that may otherwise be out-of-reach. License fees
are charged “per dealer rooftop.”

InDesign designs, develops and licenses DMS data integration and data management technology using a “software as a service” (SaaS) model. InDesign uses a monthly subscription-based model for revenue generation. Client targets are generally OEM’s or major automotive dealership vendors. License fees are charged “per dealer rooftop.” The company’s core technology “DMSconnect” supports bi-directional (push and pull technology) integration with major Dealer Management Systems.

InDesign is the industry leader in providing data knockouts and and mass data extractions for dealerships converting from one DMS system to another, enabling competing DMS providers to safely and quickly extract an entire data history of dealership operations for new dealership clients. This customized application of DMSconnect is called “Total KnockOut” or “TKO”. The application pulls 100% of all text, scanned, and archived dealership data and streamlines the entire dealer conversion process.

DealerBox is an electronic dealership document management solution utilizing scanning software and cloud-based digital storage. DealerBox scans hundreds of multi-page documents within minutes and stores them electronically. Files are immediately accessible online from an easy-to-use web-based solution.

Next-generation, real-time photorealistic visualization, mixed reality experiences that will transform automotive commerce through immersive customer experiences, enhanced engagements producing increased purchase conversions.

VRised, LLC was formed by the principals of SmartDealer Technologies, Inc. specifically for the purpose of developing 3D, virtual reality, and augmented reality applications for use in the automotive dealership industry.  The owners of VRised recognized a significant opportunity to use vehicle-based VR/AR applications to assist dealerships in upselling accessories at the point of sale by using the cutting-edge visual aids inherent in VR/AR to allow customers to build a customized and accessorized vehicle package with a truly realistic look and feel.

The problems that the automotive industry is experiencing are the basis for the establishment of DealerHosts – the Technology Management Solution or TMS. DealerHosts will incorporate the use of our new tools, DealerHome (website application) and Dealer TMS. Our TMS system will take the important component of a dealership’s systems, CRM, ILM and DMS data, cleanse it and then combine this data with data from all entry points into one master database. This includes walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, 3rd party and internet based leads. From there, the TMS can manage the flow of this data with our powerful software and services.
