We are seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Account Executive with an emphasize on organization and written/verbal communication skills.
- Maintain and build client relationships
- Provide professional service to enhance our client experience
- Educate clients SmartDealer technology suite of products
- Work closely with various Project leads/managers
- Experience in presentation, communication, and customer service skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite. Any experience in Trello, Atlassian CRM a plus.
