Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new projects
• Optimize your existing user interface design
• Provide intuition and experience testing
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to provide intuitive and user-centric solutions
• Combine creativity with design awareness
• Prototype new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementation
• Conduct ongoing user research

Requirements and qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar position
• UI design portfolio a major PLUS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Attention to detail
• Critical thinker
• Problem solving and customer focus
• Knowledge of a range of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver.
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Some knowledge about the factors of usability in human-computer interaction.
