Mr. Anderson is a creative auto parts industry “guru” whose entire professional career has focused exclusively upon the design and architecture of auto parts and accessories service technology solutions. Mr. Anderson was the original pioneer of e-commerce auto parts solutions as the creator and driving force behind Parts.com, the industry’s very first online OEM parts platform that went public on NASDAQ in 1998 reaching a 1.2$B market capitalization. As co-founder of TradeMotion, Inc. in 2002, Mr. Anderson was the first to build a dealer-based SaaS parts and accessory eStore model where OEMs and franchised dealerships could subscribe to sell parts to their customers. He later co-founded SmartDealer with David Lemoie in 2014, and continues to drive innovation to lead and expand the scope of parts, service, and accessory applications with cutting-edge technology products.

President and General Counsel

Mr. Lemoie is a business and trial attorney with more than 28 years experience in advising, funding, and organizing small businesses, and structuring and negotiating all forms of business transactions. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Florida, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Mr. Lemoie has served and presently serves as a director in several private and public companies. He is the President and General Counsel of SmartDealer, and handles all aspects of funding, contract negotiations, operations, and personnel for the Affiliated Companies. Mr. Lemoie co-founded SmartDealer with Scott Anderson and continues to be an integral part of the Company’s efforts to deliver top-quality technology products to the automotive industry.

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Lampert is well regarded as an expert in Web 2.0 design and development and Business 2.0 organizational management, and has 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. He founded DealerUps, Inc., which became the leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for automotive dealerships, and thereafter innovatively created a powerful suite of solutions for its successor, JM Solutions. He was the President and founder of LiveCode, Inc. which, through acquisition, became the development arm of Parts.com, where he served as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Lampert is the anchor for all of SmartDealer and PartSites’ technology services. He also serves as the president of InDesign Data, PartSites’ DMS integration technology company.
